Once a product is worn and used it will not be eligible for Refund or exchange whatever the reason. If you do not agree with the terms of use, please send back the product for a refund immediately before you use.
HADIAGHALEB Brand guarantees that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the Goods you have ordered, You can return them to our office (we don’t collect from any place) and we will give you a refund of the price of the Goods (not including the shipping cost)
*****For Pre-Order products , Sale Campaigns and Short full sets is made specifically for the customer, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges due to the unique nature of these items being made to order.
**** customer who purchased more than one product can not refund more than 50% of the products and if 3 product can refund only one.Customer who refund once and buy again 2nd refund credit or gift card so customer can exchange product.
1. The Goods are returned to us unworn, does not touch customer skin ,unwashed with all labels, hygiene stickers and packaging intact(product should be in its plastic bag),with the 'Invoice' within 7 days of receipt of the Goods by you;
2. If the Goods are not returned to us within 7 days of you receiving them, you deliver to us a Certificate of Postage which confirms that you sent the Goods to us within this period.(should be delivered within one month ) if return after one month or Postage show more than 7 days customer get 70% of the value as gift card.
3. If a customer has received a requested exchange for a product in a new size or color, they will no longer be eligible for any further exchanges or refunds for that particular item. Additionally, each item is only eligible for a single exchange or refund.
4. If product returned without plastic bag , or plastic bag damage there is penalty 10% of the value of the product.
We don't give support after one year from purchasing date.
Also we don't give support for unauthorised emails we give support for the customers only who made the order (owner).
Shipping for refund , exchange, complimentary products should be the responsibility of the customer. and calculated 115 AED for one way shipping if order has free shipping.

Zipper Policy
At Hadia Ghaleb, we strive to provide high-quality swimwear that satisfies our customers' needs. We understand that zippers can occasionally malfunction or break due to various reasons. In order to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns related to zipper issues, we have implemented the following policy:
1. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they choose the appropriate size when purchasing swimwear. Buying a size smaller than recommended may place excessive stress on the zipper, increasing the risk of damage.
2. Proper Usage: We advise customers to be cautious while using the zippers on their swimwear, especially in sandy environments. Sand entering between the zipper teeth can cause resistance and, if excessive force is applied, may result in zipper breakage.
3. Zipper Replacement: If a customer experiences a broken zipper we will gladly provide a replacement zipper. The cost of the replacement zipper will be 50 AED plus shipping charge.
4. Zipper Repair: Alternatively, customers have the option to have their broken zipper fixed at a Hadia Ghaleb brand lab. The repairing cost is 100 AED plus shipping charge and this service ensures that the swimwear remains in optima condition.
We kindly request that customers understand their responsibility to care for the swimwear they have purchased and recognize that zipper issues can occasionally arise due to factors beyond our control. Nevertheless, we are committed to working with our customers to find a satisfactory solution.
5.For orders being shipped to the USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, and China, as well as Europe, the cost of shipping may occasionally exceed the amount paid by the customer. In such instances, should a refund be process we will deduct $50 for shipments to the USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, and China, and €30 for shipments to Europe to cover the additional shipping costs incurred.
Customs Policy
Customer responsibility for such fees is based on the destination country's laws, and we have no control over when or if these charges may be levied.
Customs fees, duties and/or taxes may be levied, depending on the requirements of the destination country's law. The customer is 100% responsible for paying these fees, duties and/or taxes. If the customer refuses to pay them, the shipment will be returned and any associated costs will be billed to the customer. The customer understands that [Hadia Ghaleb store] has no liability whatsoever in relation to any customs fees, duties and/or taxes that may be charged by the Customs and Excise Department of the customer's country.
