To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure your National Address (Short Address) is correct at checkout, in compliance with Saudi customs requirements. A valid Short Address consists of 4 letters followed by 4 numbers (e.g., RIYD2342).
Order Processing Time
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of confirmation (pre-order items excluded). Processing may take slightly longer during sales periods and public holidays.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed and processing has begun.
To request a cancellation before your order ships, please contact our Customer Care team at support@hadiaghaleb.com.
Please note cancellation requests are not guaranteed — our team will confirm whether your request was successful.
Beyond Our Control (Refunds or Reshipments Are Not Available in the Following Cases)
1. Unpaid Customs Duties
Your parcel may be returned or destroyed if customs duties are not paid on time.
2. Customs Delays
Delays caused by inspection or clearance procedures at local customs.
3. Address Errors / Change of Address
Incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout, or address changes requested after dispatch.
4. Post-Delivery Losses
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier.
5. Parcel Refusal
When the recipient refuses to accept delivery of a parcel.

Shipping & Delivery
All Hadia Ghaleb orders ship directly from our studio in Dubai, UAE to your address, wherever you are in the world. Once your order is confirmed and packed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivery estimates below are provided by our shipping partners and may vary due to customs processing, local holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Hadia Ghaleb is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once a shipment has been confirmed delivered.

Pre-Orders
- Pre-order items will show an "expected dispatch date" on the product page — please check this before ordering.
- If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, please note that in-stock pieces may ship first in a separate package — your pre-order item(s) will follow once they become available and are ready to dispatch.
- To cancel a pre-order item before it ships, contact us at support@hadiaghaleb.com.
Customs & Import Duties
Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your destination country. As the recipient, you are considered the importer of record and are responsible for any applicable Import Fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering, as we're unable to predict the exact amount.
Refused Shipments
If a parcel is refused at delivery, the original shipping charge, any customs/import fees incurred, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
After Delivery
Once a shipment is confirmed delivered by the courier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
